    Responsible for translating the client’s business requirements into specific systems, applications or process designs for very large complex IT solutions and integrating architecture. Acts as an advocate for the client as the ultimate authority on the architecture designed to address client business problems. Plans, implements, tests, documents, and maintains enterprise-wide solutions to total system or subsystems using internally created and/or off the shelf products. Analyzes and identifies all or part of a company's existing or new peripheral, network, and telecommunications systems requirements, taking into consideration the special technology needs. Establishes functional and technical specifications and standards, solves hardware/software interface problems, defines input/output parameters, and ensures integration of the entire system or subsystem. Provides direction for design activities. Often project-based, sometimes working at customer sites.


    Work Description:


    Front Office support to the Customer's organization responsible for engineering/design of global networks.  Includes significant SharePoint Site Administration and content management; also data migration from previous site(s) to new site(s).  Selected candidate will be responsible assisting in coordination of the Customer's file plan/strategy and implementation/migration for a number of legacy databases and file stores; may require investigation/recommendation for alternative data management solution(s).  Individual will also provide general support to the Front Office Leadership Team including, but not limited to:

    • Action Item Management--tracking and coordination of timely responses;
    • Development of high-level schedule of programs/projects--roadmap maintenance;
    • Facilitation of Group-level management and status reviews;
    • Development and maintenance of management documentation--e.g., group-level business processes, associated workflows and related organizational documentation;
    • Support to Senior Leadership's internal Personnel Meetings--including coordination of agendas, capturing notes/actions;
    • Support to space management across multiple locations
    • Review of business processes and providing recommendations for improved communication, status reporting, etc.
    • Provide back-up SI/SETA support for Office-level Engineering Review Board (ERB)


    Requires 10 to 12 years with BS/BA or 8 to 10 years with MS/MA or 5 to 7 years with PhD.


    • SharePoint expertise--including creation of new sites/subsites, designing/organizing layouts/structure (libraries, lists) and workflows; access/permission controls; and maintaining content
    • Business process experience--including configuration management, schedule management, personnel and/or action item management
    • Familiarity with networks/infrastruture projects and activities
    • Attention to detail
    • Demonstrated ability to work independently, with minimal direction; also to work as part of a team of associate contractors
    • Excellent oral and written communication skills
    • Familiarity with other collaboration and/or management tools--e.g., Confluence, Jira, ServiceNow, etc.
    • Microsoft Office Tool Suite (PowerPoint, Excel, Word) expertise
    • Graphics experience--use of graphics to enhance websites; ability to edit (Photoshop)
