The Intelligence group provides high-end systems engineering and integration products and services, data analytics and software development to national and military intelligence customers. Provides logistic engineering to field organizations and/or customers including spare or replacement parts and supplies. Reviews field support requirements and recommends tool and test equipment. Establishes calibration requirements for field systems/equipment including all maintenance tasks. Performs maintenance and maintainability demonstrations for customers. Reviews handbooks for technical adequacy. Assists in the development of maintenance engineering and logistics support. Plans and contributes to proposal efforts. Analyzes contractual commitments, customer specifications, design changes, and other data to plan and develop logistic program activities from conceptual stage through life-cycle of product. Develops and implements program activities, coordinates efforts of subcontractors, production departments, and field service personnel to ensure meeting of contractual commitments. Compiles data on standardization and interchangeability of parts to expedite logistics activities. Determines logistic support sequences and time phasing, problems arising from location of operational area, and other factors, such as environmental and human factors affecting personnel.
Program is seeking a highly motivated logistics officer to work in a highly technical office that required flexibility and superior customer service. The candidate will report directly to the customer and will provide support to personnel located at two customer sites. The candidate must be able to work independently, be a self-starter, and be able to effectively prioritize competing requirements. Excellent written and verbal communication skills are critical as the candidate will interface with high-level customers and representatives across different organizations.
Responsibilities include all facets of logistics support to include:
- accountable property,
- vehicle management,
- management of returned property,
- supporting small office moves and renovations,
- managing shipping/receiving records,
- assist in equipment check out/in,
- retrieve equipment from storage
Requires 12 to 15 years with BS/BA or 10 to 13 years with MS/MA or 7 to 9 years with Ph.D.

Candidate must possess some technical expertise to be able to facilitate timely completion of complex acquisitions for technical equipment. The candidate will be responsible for identifying and implementing purchasing and shipping/transportation of items.
Candidate must have a strong understanding of customer property management systems.
Candidate will be responsible for supporting, executing, and managing office projects/moves and facilities maintenance issues.
Candidate must possess strong organizational skills, be a self starter, creative thinker, be a team player, strong verbal and written communication skills, and be detail oriented.
Customer experience is preferred.
