This position will handle a variety of responsibilities including: leading a team of engineers for successful project
implementations. Additionally, this position is responsible for ensuring that all servers operate at optimum levels. The
candidate must possess excellent verbal and written communication skills. Should be comfortable working in a team
environment and willing to work flexible hours. On-call and after hours support is a requirement of this position.
Additional job requirements include:
• Performing and coordinating effective installation and performance of advanced operating system upgrades and
customer application deployments.
• Review and execute application release packages, review Version Description Documents (VDDs), support software
deployments, review verification plans, provide customer support.
5 - 7 years of experience
Candidate should be able to lead a team of engineers and system administrators.
Candidate should have working experience with Mid range Operating Systems (Windows, VMWare, Solaris, Unix, Linux, etc)
Thorough knowledge of server support and resource planning activities.
Will be responsible for review and sign off of DPS documents, able to provide the detailed physical design approval and
path to implement successfully.
Participate in Workload Placement and Capacity Management processes.
Provide input/guidance during the development of the Application deployment plans (documentation of standard

Should be comfortable in supporting projects from design to completion.
Should be able to support application deployments and change coordination.

Ability to provide customer facing interaction, problem resolution, troubleshooting, level 2 escalation and set direction.
Thorough knowledge of ITIL foundations (certification a plus)
Ability to work effectively in team environment.
Additionally, this position is responsible for ensuring implementations meet clients requirements.

College degree is desirable but will consider experience in lieu of.
